In Italy, shipping is free.

In Europe, shipping costs €19.90.

In the USA, shipping costs €35.00 (duties excluded, payable by the customer).

In Asia, shipping costs €50.00 (duties excluded, payable by the customer).

Shipping times may vary due to customs restrictions, adverse weather conditions, peak season/holidays, or incorrect delivery information.

Packages do not contain invoices or documents showing the value of the goods. For any further information, contact Euforia Sneakers Customer Service at news@euforiasneakers.com.


RETURNS FOR REFUNDS OR SIZE CHANGES

Customers have the right to return items within 14 days from receipt of the product. To do so, they must inform Euforia Sneakers Customer Service of their intention to start the return process within this period.

Defective items will be replaced with the same product type, subject to availability. Euforia Sneakers is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays after the order has been shipped.


HOW TO RETURN:

• Write to Euforia Sneakers Customer Service at news@euforiasneakers.com to request a return for a refund or size change.
• The possible return methods are as follows:

1. After informing Customer Service of the return, ship the order (cost borne by the customer) to:

2. After having informed the Euforia Sneakers news Service of your intention to make a return, request the consignment note for the collection of the goods by the courier appointed by Euforia Sneakers. Print and affix the received consignment note to the package. Arrange for the package to be picked up on the working day following the date of issue:
   • In case of return with a refund request only, a fee of € 12,00 will be retained for the collection by the courier.
   • In case of return with size change request: a cost equal to € 20.00 will be retained for the collection and subsequent shipment always by the courier.

• The refund of the only returned item will be made on the payment method used at the time of purchase, less the related shipping cost. To this end, the news undertakes to return the Product:
  • Intact, in excellent condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Not used, worn, washed, or damaged, except as necessary to verify the nature and characteristics of the Product and ensure it matches the Order Confirmation.

If the above conditions are not met, Euforia Sneakers reserves the right to reject the return.
