Customer Service is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (excluding public holidays), with a target response time within 24 hours. Messages received during weekends will be handled from the next working day.

SHIPPING

Italy: shipping is free and orders are generally delivered within 2–6 business days.

Europe: delivery generally takes 4–6 business days. Standard shipping is €19.90; Norway and Switzerland are €25.00.

USA / Canada: delivery generally takes 7–10 business days. Standard shipping is €35.00 to the USA and €50.00 to Canada.

Asia: delivery generally takes 7–10 business days. Standard shipping is €60.00.

Duties and import charges: Applicable customs duties and import charges are included in the price charged by Euforia for international orders. Euforia assumes responsibility for those charges so customers are not charged additional duties upon delivery. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed according to the destination and checkout configuration.

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, adverse weather, peak seasons or holidays, or incorrect delivery information.

PRE-ORDER

Items clearly marked as Pre-Order will generally be shipped starting 45 days from the purchase date. We will send an email when the order is ready to ship.

RETURNS

Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving an item. To start a return, contact info@euforiagroup.com. Items must be returned unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging, together with proof of purchase.

For customers in the European Union, statutory rights apply, including the 14-day cooling-off right for eligible distance purchases. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

Return costs: In Italy, if Euforia arranges courier pickup for a refund, €20.00 is deducted; for a size exchange, €7.00 is deducted for pickup and reshipment. In Europe, the corresponding amounts are €25.00 for a refund and €14.00 for a size exchange. For USA, Canada, Asia and other non-EU destinations, return shipping and any return-import costs are the customer's responsibility; customers may use their own courier. For exchanges outside Europe, a new order should be placed.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items should be reported promptly so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
